CARUANA SA SCFI, in compliance with CMN Resolution No. 4,567 / 2017, provides its employees, customers, partners or suppliers with a secure communication channel that guarantees that there is no need for identification, through which to be reported situations with indicates of unlawfulness of any nature, related to the activities of the Institution, for which it is sufficient to send correspondence to P.O. BOX 26512, CEP 04311-970 – São Paulo-SP, maintained by CARUANA SA SCFI in the Post Office .
We emphasize that it is indispensable, for the effective investigation and adoption of possible measures, that the correspondences come accompanied with sufficient information to the understanding of the nature, content of the facts or acts, as well as the indications of illegality that would have been detected.
We emphasize that all information and any documents received through this communication channel will be treated with the necessary confidentiality, exemption of analysis and, if necessary, followed by necessary assessments.
It was designated as the organizational component responsible for receiving and forwarding the report to the area competent to deal with the situation, and there was also a periodic access to the said Mailbox to verify the existence of any communication received. Semiannual reports shall be prepared, containing at least the number of reports received, the nature of the reports, the areas responsible for handling the situation, the average processing time of the situation and the measures adopted by the institution.
